About Roberta
Working at the
intersection of
three things.
I work at the intersection of property, design and people — and everything I do professionally traces back to those three things.
I am a licensed estate agent. I founded MacKenzie Lane, a boutique buyer's advocacy practice operating across Australia's most sought-after locations. I am also a co-founder and director of Rhodes & Co, a specialist recruitment firm where I lead Real Estate, Law Firms and Healthcare — alongside our shared Executive & Board practice.
A deep personal passion for design and aesthetics informs everything I do — the way I assess a property's spatial qualities, the way I read a team's culture, the way both firms present to the world. It's not a credential; it's a lens. And it gives me a perspective that most people in property and recruitment simply don't bring.
Two firms. One professional perspective.
A single perspective
Two firms.
One professional
perspective.
MacKenzie Lane and Rhodes & Co operate independently — different industries, different clients, different outcomes. What connects them is a shared standard: personal, senior-led, no handoffs, no volume compromises.
"I didn't start MacKenzie Lane to sell properties.
I started it to help people find Home."
